How to order

To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order.

If your order is successful, you should receive an order confirmation via the e-mail address provided by you at the checkout page. If not, please contact us and we can assist you.

 

Deliverytime

You will receive your order as quickly as possible. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive the tracking info via email. If you live in The Netherlands you should receive your order within 1-3 working days. For the rest of Europe it will take a couple days longer. Please note that packages are not transported on weekends and local public holidays.

If you have received your tracking-ID, you can directly contact your local transport company, they will have more accurate information on the status of the delivery.

If you have not received a tracking-ID, please contact our customer service.

 

Transportcosts

Shipping costs are dependent on freight option, weigth of the parcel and destination country, Shipping costs are displayed in the checkout before you complete an order.


The Netherlands

For deliveries in the Netherlands the costs are € 5,95. For orders of over € 75,- we don’t charge any costs. All shipments in the Netherlands will be done by PostNL.

For other countries de delivery will be done by DPD/DHL/UPS.

 

Belgium & Germany

9,75,- Free delivery from 125,-

 

Europe

Luxembourg, Austria, UK, Denemark, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Portugal, Monaco, Hongary, Poland, Estonia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Ireland

15,- free delivery from 150,-

 

Norway & Zwitserland

50,- free delivery from 500,-

 

Other countries 

Please contact our customer service for the costs for delivery in your country.

 

Cancellations

As soon as the order is placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled. Products can always be exchanged or returned. For more information please look at our return policy.

 

Quality

Ginger Monkeys strives to deliver high quality in everything we do. Please make sure that you wash the products carefully according to the care instructions to keep the product nice and soft.


Return policy

We strive to deliver the best possible products and happy customers. If your order does not meet your expectations, then it can be exchanged. Please read the conditions attached to this process.

If, however, you are unsatisfied with one of our products, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the order. You must first send an email to [email protected]with the products you wish to return, the order number and your bank account number. Please also inform us the reason for the return so that we can continue to improve our products and service.

Please don’t forget to pay the full amount of the shippingcosts. Incorrect postage payments cannot be accepted.

And please include a copy of the orderconfirmation along with the products to be returned.

Please note that returned products cannot be accepted if:

- They have been purchased with a discount

- They have been worn or washed
